Siria Rocha

Mrs. Siria Rocha is a native El Pasoan, born and raised in the Border region. After completing high school, Siria served in the U.S. Army, Air Defense Artillery for one term. She continued her professional career working in both private and public sector, including County Government for eight years, a few years in non-profit and eventually moving to the private sector.
In 2016, Mrs. Rocha was directly responsible for the growth and acquisition of a Children's behavioral health clinic specializing in children & adolescents services resulting in a growth of 65+ employees and a multimillion dollar operation. Additionally, she was responsible for adopting fully automated patient records keeping and eliminating paper charts resulting in streamlining processes.
Today, Ms. Rocha is CEO at Atlantis Health Services responsible for the overall operations of a multi-level mental health organization, providing adult services and treatment programs for individuals experiencing moderate to severe emotional behavioral, psychiatric, or addiction disorders.
Siria has a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso. She is currently pursuing a Master's of Health Services Administration.
Laura Ramos

Laura Ramos graduated from University of Texas at El Paso with a Major in Psychology and a Major in Criminal Justice. Ms. Ramos has been working at Atlantis Health Services (AHS) since 2014 where she found a passion for Mental Health and serving the Community of El Paso. She worked for over 4 years under the Psychosocial & Rehabilitative Program where directly supervised and was responsible for the program growth ever since she started working at AHS. Under her leadership, the program grew successfully by 156% from a census of 240 to 615 clients. Ms. Ramos strives for clients’ access to Mental Health services in order for them to achieve wellness and recovery; through the Psychosocial & Rehabilitative Program she was able to make these services available to consumers in the community.
Since July 2018, Ms. Ramos was promoted to Associate COO where she is involved in the Company day to day Operations; she supervises all departments, supervises managers and assists in the growth and planning of the Company. Ms. Ramos is proud of being part of Atlantis HS & Amanecer Health Systems and is eager to continue promoting access to health care by executing Company’s vision.
Marisol Realyvasquez

Ms. Marisol Realyvasquez is a native of the border region raised in both Ciudad Juarez, Mexico and El Paso, Texas. Ms. Realivasquez earned a BA in Business Administration Accounting from The University of Texas at El Paso in December 2017. She currently holds the position as Bookeeper for the company and oversees all accounting matters such as payroll, accounts payable, profit & loss, and reconciliations. Ms. Realivasquez also handles the books for 4 sister companies.
Ms. Realiquez previously worked with other companies assisting mainly with payroll and accounts payables and brings over 4 years experience to her position, however being the first time working in the medical field she finds it both challenging and rewarding. Ms. Realivasquez describes herself as "I always like to learn more and challenge myself to the limit." Ms. Realivasquez plans on working on her Master's degree in the near future to eventually become a certified public accountant.
BethAnn Pitts

BethAnn Pitts is the Office Manager and Human Resources for Atlantis Health Services. Beth has an AAS in Medical Assisting and is currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management. She has experience in payroll, management, recruiting, event planning, and tax preparation and planning.
Prior to working with Atlantis Health Services, Beth served as an Office Manager for H&R Block, an account manager for T&T Staff Management, Inc and worked for Community Hospitals in Indianapolis, IN in multiple roles. Beth is very active in the community serving on multiple boards for local youth organizations as well as an officer in civic clubs. Beth is very passionate about working to help others and with the Shriner’s Hospitals.
